With the help of the automatic BIESSE SELCO WNT 610 and SCM Morbidelli X200 panel-sizing machines, we will accurately cut out the parts you need for your project.

As demands increase when it comes to furniture quality levels, we are constantly looking for ways in which we can improve the quality of furniture parts. Our latest discovery is the OTT PROFImatic and OTT Storm+ laminating machines, and their ability to laminate edges using polyurethane glue which is moisture-resistant. Laminating furniture parts in this way makes the most sensitive part of the piece - the seam - resistant to moisture. This lamination method opens up a wide range of options in terms of the use of LMDP components (involving melamine-faced chipboard), not only in dry areas but also in bathrooms and public areas. We can laminate 100,000m (of edges) each month.

We also offer a curvilinear lamination services which allow us to laminate not only rectangular parts, but also the ones with the most sophisticated shapes.

The BIESSE Rover A 1643 5-axis CNC machine guarantees that even the most complex of your projects can be realised. By milling parts on this machine, we can produce a wide range of part shapes, mill leafs in doors, preparing grooves for backs and hinges, and so on.

We will drill furniture parts matching your drawings quickly and accurately (to an accuracy of 0.2mm), or drill according to our own standard drilling templates which we will specially prepared for you. 

We can press a sheet of High Pressure Laminate (HPL) onto any thickness of the raw board you require (such as MDF or plywood). In this way we can produce a unique material that is fully customized to your needs, opening up a wide range of options for your imagination and requirements.

Our experienced designers can turn your vision into reality. Our team will help you to draw up the details of your items of furniture, subsequently creating drilling drawings for production purposes. The only thing left for you to do is to assemble the furniture. This construction service is available for wholesale customers.
